RRM Ladies Grooming Contest

Seperti yang diumumkan masa Grooming Class, Ms Aida nak buat Grooming Contest untuk RRM Ladies. Sepatutnya nak buat seminggu selepas class tapi ramai partner yang busy jadi Ms Aida anjak ke tarikh 29 November 2023. Kira ngam lah timing tu sebab baru lepas gaji memandangkan ada yang nak shopping outfit baru. 

Special untuk hari Rabu tu, siapa yang datang ke Griffin akan dapat cheers sebab pakai cantik. Memang cantik lah masing-masing melaram untuk contest. Kak Ida tarik diri sebagai peserta sebab nak join jadi juri. 


Department meeting start macam biasa tapi yang lain dari kebiasaan ialah semua orang kena berdiri everytime nak bercakap untuk 3-minutes sharing session. Ms. Aida buat permintaan macam tu supaya para juri boleh nampak outfit semua peserta untuk hari tersebut. Juri akan pilih berdasarkan pakaian dan make-up setiap peserta. 


Tapi tak payah berteka-teki pun dah tahu siapa yang juri akan pilih, sama ada Sheera ataupun Atie sebab dua-dua cantik. I dari awal lagi dah malas nak beria sangat sebab sedih blazer I nak tu dah stop jual. Kalau tak, dah beria ambil gambar sana-sini. Lagi satu, bebai sebab tudung bawal jadi kembang pulak dekat leher tu. Padah bila tak secure betul-betul T.T

Lepas habis meeting, Ms Aida minta semua orang untuk makan dulu juadah yang disediakan sementara tunggu semua juri selesai cabut undi. Untuk department meeting minggu tu, Rina bawak bakso sebagai menu utama. Ms. Aida bawa pisang goreng dengan keropok lekor sebagai saguhati untuk yang tak menang. 



Setengah jam masa diambil untuk kira undi dan pemenangnya ialah Sheera. Tak pasti juri mana yang pilih peserta mana sebab undi adalah rahsia. Memang deserve lah Sheera menang sebab blazer dia cantik, kombinasi warna sesuai dengan skin tone. Aksesori dari mutiara stands out, bonus pulak tu ada brooch besar huruf S. 



Unboxing time


Seronok la Sheera dapat satu box hadiah dari Ms Aida. Ada skincare Kiehl's, lipstick dari HUDA, hand cream dengan moisturizer. Paling seronok sekali perfume dari Chopard! Tak dapat perfume tu pun, dapat curi bau pun jadi lah. Tahniah Sheera dipilih sebagai pemenang Grooming Contest!


Lepas settle tengok Sheera unboxing, Atie minta semua orang join shoot video untuk TikTok sebab semua dah pakai cantik-cantik kan. Dah habis shoot, ambil gambar ramai-ramai pulak sebab bukan selalu semua orang nak melaram pergi office. 

















Terima kasih Ms Aida sebab buat Grooming Contest ni, nampak lah semangat masing-masing nak menang tu. Sepanjang 4 tahun dekat Ram Reza & Muhammad ni, first time ada contest macam ni. Pengalaman baru, memori baru. 

RRM Ladies Grooming Class

Antara training class yang ditunggu-tunggu ialah Grooming Class sebab training ni boleh main makeup-makeup. Inisiatif untuk adakan Grooming Class oleh Ms Aida sebab mission and goal RRM tahun ni untuk improve image and branding. Memandangkan HQ dengan branch Petaling Jaya ni ramai gegadis, Ms Aida request untuk buat grooming class. 

Sepatutnya class ni buat awal lagi dari tarikh asal tapi Ms Aida ada personal matter so dia anjak ke 7 November 2023, jam 4.30 petang. Sebab nak masukkan make-up tips lagi, kena buat lepas Asar lah, lepas semua dah solat. 

Sheera, Ain, Syaz



Ms. Aida tak brief banyak pun untuk imej luaran sebab RRM Ladies mostly memang suka melaram bila pergi office cuma tak gemar pakai aksesori je. Sebelum ni I beli sampai satu case 5 tingkat untuk letak cincin, bracelet dan bangle pastu malas dah nak pakai. Maybe sebab musim panas pastu tangan cepat berpeluh. Bila dah rimas, mula lah garu sana sini. 

'Grooming ni bukan pada make-up je. Make-up is one thing, cara kita berpakaian, cara kita pakai handbag, cara kita carry ourselves, itu semua personal image.' - Ms. Aida

By carry ourselves means kita kena jaga attitude lah. Greet everyone, bergaul dengan semua orang. Bergaul tak bermaksud kena membawang, I mean small talks pun okay je asalkan bertegur dengan orang especially seniors. Ringan tangan menolong juga. 



Sekarang dah hujung tahun, tengah musim hujan so baju kena make sure tak bau kepam. Bila baju berbau, dah mula rasa tak selesa. Sama juga dengan body odour, kena aware dan jaga supaya diri kita dan orang sekeliling selesa jugak. 

Ms Aida tak banyak kupas pasal personal image sebab dia kata semua tak ada masalah sangat. Bab nak style shawl atau bawal pun masing-masing lagi pro dari dia. Lepas brief pasal grooming, Ms Aida tunjuk a few examples untuk lawyer dan staff pakai masa bekerja. Grooming briefing ni bukan tuju semata untuk Lawyers dan Trainee Associates semata tapi untuk staff juga. Just because staff tak keluar dari pejabat, tak bermaksud client yang datang tak tengok penampilan. 


Untuk make-up briefing, Ms Aida pass baton dekat Ms Aufa dan Sheera sebab diorang lagi pro bab ni. Mula dari prep muka, pakai primer, set-up foundation, letak concealer, contour kemudian buat kening dan mata, pakai blusher lepastu apply lipstick.

Bab lukis kening, Kak Nurul take-over class sebab dia dengan Rina pandai lukis. Tips lukis kening, guna gel pencil available dekat Watsons. Ambil warna brown supaya tak pekat sangat. 


Dekat penghujung Grooming Class, Ms Aida bagitahu dia ada sediakan makanan minum petang untuk semua orang. Kejutan untuk semua juga, Ms Aida nak buat Grooming Contest masa meeting department minggu depannya. Semua partner akan jadi juri kepada RRM Ladies. Siapa yang menang akan dapat hadiah peribadi dari Ms. Aida. Hadiah apa tu tak diberitahu lagi. 


Kalau sembang pasal contest, memang I kalah lah cerita dia jadi kita pergi makan keropok lekor sebab sedappppp. Thank you Ms Aida buat Grooming Class ni, walaupun banyak benda dah tahu tapi spend time dengan semua ladies tu priceless, gituhhhhh.
